How to move marker to AutoComplete API predicted address?

I'm trying to do this by these lines:

    position: geolocation,

    marker.setPosition(geolocation);

which are commented in the code. It does nothing. May be it is wrong logic or placed at wrong position. I am using google autocomplete API. I have modified the autofill address demo on autocomplete documentation page.which is added in hyperlink here

  • To place a marker on the position returned by the Autocomplete result, add it in the fillInAddress function (which is runs on the selection of a "place" and gets the result by calling autocomplete.getPlace();)

    The above code assumes that marker and map are in the global (or at least an enclosing) scope.
